Job Description
Daily Provisions is seeking a Cafe Manager to provide leadership and support to the Front of House and Back of House teams, cultivating a culture of Enlightened Hospitality and ensuring consistently phenomenal service. The Cafe Manager will collaborate with General Managers and other locations to ensure high-quality culinary, coffee, and beverage programs. The role requires 2+ years of management experience in a similar environment, a Bachelor's Degree or certification in Hospitality-related field, and fluency in English and Spanish. The Cafe Manager will be responsible for maintaining excellence and cleanliness of the store, ensuring compliance with HR practices and policies, and providing feedback and guidance to team members.

Requirements

  • 2+ years management experience in a similar environment
  • Bachelor's Degree or certification in Hospitality-related field
  • Excellent verbal & written communication
  • Understanding of Microsoft Office applications
  • NYC DOHMH Food Protection Certificate holder
  • English fluency and Spanish preferred
