Role OverviewThe Service Professional is responsible for providing an exceptional hospitality experience and following Bluestone Lane’s Steps of Service at all times. They play a variety of roles throughout the day in the cafe: host, server, and barista. They promote the values, culture & purpose of Bluestone Lane based on our Key Success Factors.
What You Will Do
Welcomes guests with a smile, educates guests about the premium nature of Bluestone Lane menu items, anticipates guests’ needs, and maintains friendly, engaging, and individualized service. They promote the values, culture & purpose of Bluestone Lane based on our Key Success Factors.

Requirements
- 2+ years experience working in a full-service restaurant
- DOH Accreditation and/or ServSafe Certified a plus
- Ability to work in a high demand, fast paced environment
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40lbs
- Ability to work weekends (only)
