Role OverviewThe QSR Specialist assists with the day-to-day operations of the QSR counters, providing service across all counters, setting up stations, and managing transactions. They must ensure high standards of hospitality, follow quality, health, and safety standards, and document guest incidents. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, with post-secondary degree preferred, and 1+ year of lead or supervisory experience in food service.
What You Will Do
The QSR Specialist will set up stations, replenish displays, manage transactions, and ensure accurate accounting. They will also prepare necessary collateral, weigh, label, package, and serve products, and support, motivate, guide, educate, and mentor team members.
