Role OverviewAs a Cafe Team Expert, you will lead the café team to create a welcoming environment for customers, develop their knowledge, and ensure a profitable café. You will work collaboratively with the Store Manager to implement and adapt café action plans to deliver expected results.
What You Will Do
You will be responsible for maintaining reliable attendance, filling scheduling gaps, being positive and proactive, supporting the entire store team, and taking initiative to drive your own development. You will also be required to master the operational competencies of a Barnes & Noble Barista, including drink making, visual merchandising, and loss prevention.
