Performs duties as a Cafe Utility I in a high volume, diverse environment, delivering great food and service to team members. Requires passion, persistence, and multi-tasking skills.

Requirements

  • Sets up and stocks food items and necessary supplies for meal period service
  • Prepares food items by cutting, chopping, mixing, and preparing sauces
  • Maintains portion controls and proper food temperatures
  • Serving food items to team members on demand in a high volume environment
  • Maintains cleanliness and complies with food sanitation requirements
  • Cleans and sanitizes cooking surfaces at the end of the shift
  • Performs inventory checks and completes food temperature logs
  • Compliance with and completion of tasks assigned by Culinary Operations management
