Job Description
Prepare food using standardized recipes, clean and maintain safe and sanitary kitchen and equipment, serve correct food portions, and accurately report and document food usage and temperatures.

Requirements

  • Must have a high school diploma or GED
  • Must complete the Louisiana Department of Education's Professional Standards Training requirements each year
  • Must have successfully completed the Phase I training course within first year of hire
  • Previous school cafeteria experience preferred
