Role OverviewWe are seeking a Cafeteria Cook to prepare and serve cafeteria food in our Wilmington, OH Service Center Cafeteria. The candidate will be responsible for following established food production programs and procedures, and performing various tasks such as cashiering, sanitation, and cleaning.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include distributing food supply orders, serving meals, grill and fryer operation, preparing and finishing pizzas, operating commercial kitchen equipment, and performing other duties as assigned by the Cafeteria Manager.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Previous food service or kitchen experience is preferred, and SERVSafe Certification is a plus. Strong teamwork and customer service skills are required.
Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. regularly throughout the shift
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
