CAGE CASHIER DUAL RATE

Requirements

• Manages and directs day‐to‐day operations of the cage and team members
• Communicates performance expectations to cage cashiers and bankers
• Assists the Cashier Manager in daily duties and assumes full responsibility in their absence
• Works specialty banks or front line as needed
• Assists with scheduling for casino cashiering and banking teams
• Investigates equipment or facility failures
• Investigates and resolves guest complaints
• Maintains strict confidentiality regarding financial information
• Ensures training and compliance with regulatory and safety standards
• Ensures compliance with internal controls and SOPs in all transactions and activities
• Produces and delivers reports in a timely manner
• Participates in interviewing, selecting, training, and disciplining team members
