Job Description
We are looking for a Cake Decorator to join our team at Northgate Markets. As a Cake Decorator, you will be responsible for decorating cakes and pastries with designs using icing bags or handmade paper cones. You will also be responsible for trimming uneven surfaces of cake or cut and shape cake to required size, spreading icing between layers and on surfaces of cake, and preparing the mixing of icing.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent, preferred but not required.
  • Three years decorating experience required; or equivalent experience.
  • Completion of a certificate program in pastry arts preferred but not required.
  • Health department training required.
