Job Description
At Scout Motors, we're carrying forward the heritage of one of the most iconic American vehicles in history. We're looking for a Calibration and Testing Engineer to support the development, integration, and calibration of the powertrain and drive systems for Scout pickup trucks and SUVs (BEV / EREV).

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automotive Engineering, or a related technical field
  • 3+ years of experience in powertrain or drive system development, calibration, and validation within concept or serial vehicle programs, preferably for electric or electrified vehicles (BEV / EREV)
  • Handson experience with inverter calibration and coordination, including torque delivery, efficiency optimization, diagnostic behavior, thermal performance, and drivability
