Job Description
The Calibration Technician will provide calibration services on electronic test equipment, troubleshoot and repair equipment, and coordinate with customers and vendors. The ideal candidate will have experience working with electronic test equipment, calibration fundamentals, and logistics and procurement best practices.

Requirements

  • Active TS/SCI with poly
  • Associate of Science (AS) degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Engineering Technology and at least 4 years of relevant experience
  • Demonstrated experience in calibration fundamentals
  • Experience working with, calibrating and repairing electronic test equipment from HP, Agilent, Keysight, National Instruments, and/or Tektronix
  • Experience applying logistics and procurement best practices in order to support program requirements
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks, adapt quickly to changing requirements, and work independently and on a team
  • Ability to effectively communicate processes and procedures to program employees, partner organizations, customer base, and outside vendors
  • Self-starter that can establish priorities, resolve immediate issues, and coordinate with customer or program management on complex problems
  • Strong interpersonal skills to maintain effective working relationships with team members, customers, outside vendors, and procurement specialists
  • Experience with standard Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
