Job Description
We're seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Driver Call Center Agent to support critical rail personnel transportation operations. Coordinate and ensure timely coverage of driver trips, monitor trip accuracy, and provide support where needed. Maintain up-to-date and accurate records in our internal systems and communicate professionally with field management and other team members.
