Job Description
The Arizona Department of Revenue is seeking Call Center Agents to join the Education and Compliance Division. This role involves professionally and courteously assisting customers by handling inbound calls related to individual and business tax compliance, delinquency, and general inquiries.
Requirements
Answer inbound calls in a fast-paced environment.
Resolve Tier 1 level issues and review taxpayer accounts.
Verify, gather, and update key information in multiple systems.
Educate taxpayers on online resources and current tax policies.
Submit requests for payment arrangements.
Document actions taken accurately.
Participate in team engagement activities and meet performance expectations.
