Job Description
The Call Center Professional position is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of patient account processing, providing customer service, and coordinating patient counseling. The position is full-time, 40 hours per week.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Valid driver’s license preferred
  • Bilingual skills are required
  • Ability to maintain positive working relationships with team members, patients, families, and others
  • Ability to demonstrate cultural sensitivity when working with individuals and groups of diverse backgrounds
