Job Description
The Call Center Professional position is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of patient account processing, providing customer service, and coordinating patient counseling. The position is full-time, 40 hours per week.
Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Valid driver’s license preferred
Bilingual skills are required
Ability to maintain positive working relationships with team members, patients, families, and others
Ability to demonstrate cultural sensitivity when working with individuals and groups of diverse backgrounds
