Job Description
Provide support to patients in need of available therapies by fielding requests such as card activation, program eligibility, and explanation/troubleshooting of submission rejection as a Pharmacy Support Call Center Representative.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Pharmacy Technician experience required
  • HIPAA certified
  • Call center experience required (3+ years preferred)
  • Experience in medical claim processing is a plus
  • Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
