Job Description
We are looking for a Pharmacy Support Call Center Representative to provide payment assistance solutions to patients, pharmacies, and medical professionals. The role involves fielding requests, providing support, and troubleshooting issues related to Opus Health programs.
Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent
Pharmacy Technician experience
HIPAA certified
Call center experience (3+ years preferred)
Experience in medical claim processing is a plus
Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
