Job Description
We are looking for a 100% remote contract Pharmacy Support Call Center Representative to join our team. The role is responsible for fielding requests from patients, pharmacies, and medical professionals using an Opus Health program. The ideal candidate will have experience as a Pharmacy Technician, be HIPAA certified, and have at least 3 years of call center experience.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Pharmacy Technician experience required
  • HIPAA certified
  • Call center experience required (3+ years preferred)
  • Experience in medical claim processing is a plus
  • Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
