Job Description
La Clinica de Familia is seeking a Call Center Representative to respond to clinical, administrative, or access inquiries, scheduling appointments, and requesting refills and referrals in a timely manner.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent and medical office experience in appointment scheduling and extensive public contact work
  • Previous customer service or call center experience is preferred
  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
  • Must pass a criminal background check; maintain a current driver’s license, current automobile insurance, and maintain a clean driving record
