The Sycuan Tribe is a community of people working together toward a common goal. As a Call Center Representative, you'll be the welcoming voice of our Casino, Hotel, and Golf Resort, helping guests craft unforgettable stays from the moment they call!.

Requirements

  • Respond to and direct incoming calls from internal and external guests regarding hotel reservations, golf resort reservations, restaurant reservations, and general casino information, while providing superior guest service.
  • Assist guests with hotel reservations, answer incoming external calls, and provide information on resort amenities, room types, and policies.
  • Handle incoming guest calls from rooms, dispatch amenities, and work with Front Office and Housekeeping to deliver exceptional service.
  • Provide information on casino promotions, contests, giveaways, and concerts, and notify Management of guest concerns and complaints.
