Role OverviewHeard and Smith, LLP is seeking a diligent and professional Call Centre Representative to join our remote team. This is a Full-Time/ part-Time position ideal for an individual with excellent communication skills and a strong eye for detail.
What You Will Do
Proactively engage with medical providers to request and obtain medical records, handle incoming calls, implement a systematic follow-up process, expedite urgent requests, review and manage invoices, compile and submit medical records, and maintain confidentiality.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent qualification
- Proven experience in a customer service role
- Proficient typing skills with a minimum speed of 45 WPM
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a talent for active listening
- Collaborative team spirit, self-motivation, and discipline to work effectively in a remote capacity
