Job Description
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will complete inbound and outbound calls with the goal of scheduling appointments for our In-Home Sales Representatives. Key responsibilities include making calls to customers who recently had a project consultation, meeting and exceeding daily and monthly targets, and maintaining accurate records of all customer interactions in Salesforce.

Requirements

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Clear, friendly, and persuasive.
  • Sales-Driven Mindset: You’re motivated by goals and take pride in reaching them.
  • Ability to Handle Rejection Positively: You see “no” as an opportunity to improve.
  • Previous Call Center or Sales Experience: Preferred but not required.
