Job Description
The NYC Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) is seeking a Call Center Supervisor to work with the Call Center team to develop and implement a training structure, review and monitor customer service representatives' calls, and answer customer water and sewer related concerns. The selected candidate will also oversee outbound and inbound call center efforts, address 311 referrals, and enforce the Uniformed Code of Conduct.
Requirements
2 years of supervisory experience
Knowledge of Bureau of Customer Services Call Center software (i.e. Cisco or Calabrio)
Monitoring Call Center metrics and service levels
