Job Description
D.R. Horton, Inc. is seeking a Camp Medic to join their West Texas Children’s Camp in Fort Stockton, TX. The camp medic will be responsible for ensuring the health and care of campers during their stay, administering medication, and maintaining records of camper visits. The role is a 5-week opportunity from May 24th to June 28th.

Requirements

  • Experience as a Licensed physician, registered nurse, licensed vocational nurse, or active American Red Cross Emergency Response certificate
  • Experience working with children and providing medical care in a camp setting
  • Valid Standard First Aid and CPR-C Certification or willingness to obtain
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to meet the physical, emotional, and daily care needs of all campers
  • Experience or certification in medication distribution
