The Camp Lead is responsible for overseeing the operations of The Second City Training Center Summer Camps for youth & teens, ages ranging from 7-18 years old.

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience working with children & parents in a professional setting
  • Experience managing others and leading a team
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 – Outlook, Word, Excel
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an emphasis on customer service
  • The ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced, loud environment
