Job Description
This role is for a Campaign Operations Manager, responsible for transforming strategic campaign goals into scalable, data-driven programs. The manager will own the systems, processes, and tools driving flawless campaign execution, ensuring data flow and measurable impact. They'll focus on project delivery and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in Marketing Operations or MarTech roles, ideally in B2B SaaS.
  • Hands-on expertise with MAPs (e.g., Pardot, HubSpot, Eloqua, Inflection, Marketo).
  • Strong Salesforce CRM knowledge.
  • Proven ability to translate marketing goals into scalable technical solutions.
  • Deep understanding of lead lifecycle, scoring, segmentation, and system integration.
  • Experience with project management tools such as Jira and Asana.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proactive, self-driven mindset
  • Comfort using AI tools
