Campus Liaison

As a Campus Liaison, you will serve as a key connector between Perdue Farms and our Tier 1 university partners, building strong relationships with faculty, career services, student organizations, and campus leaders to elevate our employer brand and attract top early-career talent.

You will create opportunities to engage students and strengthen the pipeline for internships, co-ops, management trainee programs, and full-time careers across the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in university recruiting, talent acquisition, or relationship management
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and sustain partnerships with internal and external stakeholders
• Experience planning and executing events, with strong organizational and project management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present to large groups
• Passion for early career development and building strong employer-university partnerships
• Willingness to travel regularly to assigned universities during peak recruiting seasons
