Role OverviewThe Campus Pastor serves as the primary leader and shepherd of their campus, ensuring that the vision and core values of Crosstown Alliance are reproduced at their location. The CP is responsible for caring for, and equipping, a Christ-centered community where people can discover, develop, and display full devotion to Jesus Christ.
What You Will Do
The main day-to-day responsibilities include leading and overseeing the campus, developing a strong leadership and volunteer structure, collaborating with the Lead Pastor, creating an engaging Sunday morning environment, cultivating a culture of discipleship, and providing ongoing training and support to campus staff.

To be a fit for this role, you should have a strong shepherding gifting, experience in church leadership or ministry, a desire to lead people far from God into a life-changing relationship with Christ, and a passion for helping Christians understand, apply, and live out the truths of Scripture.
Requirements
- Agree with Crosstown’s vision, values, and statement of beliefs.
- Meet the biblical qualifications of a pastor as outlined in 1 Timothy 3 and Titus 1.
- Willingness to be licensed and ordained through the Christian and Missionary Alliance.
- Demonstrate a growing, personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
- Be a flexible, teachable team player with a collaborative mindset.
