Job Description
Unitek Learning is seeking a Campus President/Director to lead its Phoenix, AZ campus. The successful candidate will drive overall campus performance, operational excellence, academic quality, and student success.
Requirements
Master’s degree in education, Business, or related field (required); Terminal degree preferred.
7+ years leadership experience in campus operations or academic administration.
Proven track record managing multi-functional teams in a higher education setting.
Demonstrated success achieving operational and academic KPIs.
Strong understanding of Title IV, accreditation, and regulatory requirements.
Excellent communication, financial acumen, and people leadership skills.
