Role OverviewThe Campus Technology Coordinator is responsible for teaching small groups of students in technology-related learning activities and providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, and software. This person will support teachers in professional development with digital tools, manage device inventory, and troubleshoot technical issues. The Coordinator will work with outside vendors and travel to assist at campuses within the region as needed.
What You Will Do
The main day-to-day responsibilities include providing instructional support, managing device inventory, and troubleshooting technical issues. The Coordinator will also work with teachers to support their professional development with digital tools and assist with IT set up, installation, support, and repair.

Requirements
- Associate's Degree
- 3 plus years of relevant technical support experience
- Edtech support background
- Hardware and software support
- Mid-level understanding of network environment
- TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, and Windows or Mac Environments
- Familiarity with GAFE Google apps for education and the JAMF Casper suite
