Canadian Growth Consultant

Join a winning sales team that helps people every day! As a Territory Business Consultant, you'll plan, direct, coordinate, and execute the selling and provide tech support of home accessibility products to Canadian-based dealers in accordance with company objectives and policies. You'll use relationship selling to assist customers in growing their business with Harmar/Pollock Elevators and provide tech support for said products.

What You Will Do

Your primary responsibilities will include maintaining and growing current business in the assigned territory, developing new business, conducting training sessions, delivering phone and email support, leading facility and field training, creating sales orders, processing return material authorizations, and assisting technical support and training teams with special projects.

Requirements

• Able to work and travel for business in Canada and the US
• Able to explain complex concepts in a simple manner
• Strong interpersonal skills – written and verbal
• Able to speak confidently in front of small groups
• Provide outstanding customer support
• Proficient with digital tools: webinars, video, interactive learning
• Proficient with the Google platform and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong understanding of stairlifts, vertical platform lifts, or elevator systems
• Working knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems
• Ability to read and interpret schematics
• Well-organized, able to manage travel and prioritize multiple issues
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed
