Role OverviewThe Cannabis Advisor provides exceptional customer service, educational consulting, and patient record management in a fast-paced retail environment. They help customers navigate cannabis products, educate them on wellness uses, and promote repeat business. The Advisor must understand and apply detailed compliance regulations, manage inventory, and complete transactions accurately.
What You Will Do
The Cannabis Advisor will greet customers, provide information on cannabis products, and educate them on wellness uses. They will also build rapport with regular patients/customers, promote repeat business, and support managers and other Advisors as needed.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of retail or hospitality experience
- Must be 21 years of age and comply with all local, state, and company regulations

- Ability to use office equipment (computers and printers) and their included software
