Job Description
Represent the Bureau of Workers' Compensation at hearings by reviewing cases, presenting evidence, and making legal arguments. Provide legal guidance to staff and leadership on claims, compliance, and other operational issues. Handle legal paperwork and inquiries, including subpoenas, correspondence, and questions from employees, employers, and the public.

Requirements

  • Admission to Ohio Bar per Section 4705.01 of Revised Code
  • Ability to provide own transportation
  • 12-month probationary period
