Role OverviewRevolution Field Strategies is seeking a highly motivated Canvass Manager for a Voter Registration Program in Pittsburgh. The Canvass Manager will assist in recruitment, training, and management of canvassers, working closely with the Regional Organizing Directors, Project Director, and Operations team to meet ambitious goals.
What You Will Do
The Canvass Manager will assist with training and management of canvassers in the field, including pre-shift briefings and post-shift debriefings. They will work with the Regional Organizer and Project Director to implement, adjust, and improve the training program. The Canvass Manager will also be willing and able to work extended hours, with the expectation of 6-day, 60+ hour weeks from mid-March through May with the high likelihood of extension through September.
