Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Door-to-Door Canvasser Manager to lead our outreach efforts and drive community engagement. In this role, you will oversee a team of canvassers responsible for promoting our programs, services, or causes directly within neighborhoods.

Requirements

  • Proven supervising experience in sales, marketing, or community outreach roles
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse team
  • Experience in door-to-door canvassing, telemarketing, or fundraising is highly desirable
  • Bilingual abilities are a plus for engaging with diverse communities effectively
  • Excellent negotiation skills to address questions or concerns from community members
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and sales techniques
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining high energy levels
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple teams or campaigns simultaneously
