Role OverviewThe CAPEX and Portfolio Manager oversees capital and expense plans for North America manufacturing, collaborating with plant managers, engineers, and finance teams to ensure optimal utilization of capital and expense allocations. This role is responsible for monthly and quarterly financial close, reporting, and forecasting activities for North America Regional and O-I Corporate management.
What You Will Do
The CAPEX and Portfolio Manager will oversee capital and expense planning, forecasting, reporting, and budgeting for assigned plants, lead the annual DBB operating expense budgeting process, and administer the PSR system by reviewing, authoring, approving, tracking, canceling, and closing funding requests across multiple plant sites.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering and or Finance
- Minimum 4 years of experience in manufacturing industries process / engineering or finance
- Experience on managing CAPEX projects
- Working knowledge of glass plant process
- Project Management experience
- Project accounting experience
- Glass container manufacturing experience (plant)
- Leadership Level: Individual Contributor
