Role OverviewAs a Capital Analyst, you will play an integral part in the agency's capital planning process and work to secure funding approval for affordable housing projects. Your efforts will directly contribute to the preservation and new construction of affordable housing in New York City.
What You Will Do
You will review and evaluate project submissions, assess budgetary and policy implications, and serve as a liaison to OMB. You will also develop strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, maintain internal tracking of project data, and conduct ad hoc analysis.

Requirements
- Baccalaureate degree from an accredited college
- Two years of experience in community work or community centered activities
- Ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
- Critical thinking and analytical skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong fluency with Microsoft Office 365
- Authorization to work in the United States
