Job Description
The NYC Department of Design and Construction seeks a Capital Budget Analyst to manage the agency’s capital budget, develop budget submissions to the Office of Management and Budget, and respond to OMB questions. The selected candidate will provide support in managing the capital budget, preparing Certificate to Proceed documents, and tracking the commitment plan project process against fiscal year targets.
Requirements
Master's degree in economics, finance, accounting, business, or public administration
Two years of full-time professional experience working with the budget of a large public or private concern
Experience in management or methods analysis, operations research, organizational research, or program evaluation
Experience in personnel or public administration, recruitment, position classification, personnel relations, labor relations, employee benefits, staff development, employment program planning/administration, labor market research, economic planning, social services program planning/evaluation, or fiscal management
