Job Description
Capital Budget Analyst responsible for managing the agency's capital budget, developing budget submissions, and responding to Office of Management and Budget questions. Assists in preparing Certificate to Proceed documents, updating capital forecasts, and tracking commitment plan project process against fiscal year targets.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in economics, finance, accounting, business, or public administration
  • Bachelor's degree and 2 years of professional experience in budget administration, accounting, economic or financial administration, or fiscal or economic research
  • Associate degree and 4 years of professional experience
  • 4-year high school diploma and 6 years of professional experience
  • A combination of education and/or experience equivalent to the above requirements
