Performs capital improvement projects, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and masonry, related to major renovations or rehabs. Travels throughout the Columbia region and other parts of Missouri, with overnight stays required.

Requirements

  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
  • Ability to work independently and adhere to deadlines
  • Knowledge of building trades and ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications
  • Current driver's license, vehicle, and insurance
  • Background check and periodic drug testing
