Role OverviewWe are seeking a Capital Markets professional to support the structuring, execution, investor reporting, and ongoing management of financing transactions.
What You Will Do
Build and maintain cash flow and forecasting models, compare investor term sheets, support deal negotiations, and produce monthly servicing reports.

Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Capital Markets, Structured Finance, Treasury, Investment Banking, Asset Backed Finance, or a closely related field
- Hands-on experience with warehouse facilities, whole loan sales, forward flow arrangements, securitizations, or similar financing structures
- Experience building cash flow or forecasting models that informed deal structuring, pricing, or investor negotiations
- Experience preparing and reviewing investor reports, with a strong record of validating data and resolving discrepancies
- Strong understanding of transaction economics, covenants, funding mechanics, deal documentation, and capital markets operations
- Excellent Excel, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in consumer lending, fintech, or specialty finance preferred
