Requirements

  • 5-6 years of experience in either the M&A/advisory side of investment banking OR the corporate banking/debt capital markets side
  • Strong Excel financial modeling
  • Deep understanding of deal structuring/credit risk
  • Comfort leading negotiations and reviewing complicated legal documents
  • Must be authorized to work in the US
