Job Description
Capital Markets Associate Attorney to join highly regarded Derivatives team in New York. Work on sophisticated derivatives and capital markets transactions with major financial institutions, issuers, and market participants.

Requirements

  • 1–5 years of transactional experience at a major law firm
  • Experience in capital markets and/or derivatives transactions preferred
  • Equity derivatives experience is strongly preferred for more senior candidates
  • Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills
  • Excellent academic credentials
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
  • Admission to the New York Bar or eligibility to waive in
