The role also provides exposure to leading investment banks, venture capital funds, and institutional investors in sophisticated public equity and debt capital markets transactions.
What You Will Do
Represent public and private companies in sophisticated equity and debt capital markets transactions, advise clients on capital raising strategies, and support initial public offerings and follow-on public offerings.

Requirements
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Strong academic credentials
- 4–6 years of experience in equity and/or debt capital markets
- Significant experience with public securities offerings, including equity and debt transactions
- Major or peer law firm experience preferred
- Bar admission in the state where the candidate will practice required
