Role Overview

Join a leading global law firm's Capital Markets practice as a Capital Markets Managing Associate Attorney. This role is ideal for an associate with 4–6 years of experience in equity and/or debt capital markets. You will work with innovative technology and life sciences companies throughout their corporate life cycles, from initial public offerings through their operations as public companies.

What You Will Do

Represent public and private companies in sophisticated equity and debt capital markets transactions, advise clients on capital raising strategies, and support initial public offerings and follow-on public offerings.

Requirements

  • J.D. from an accredited law school
  • Strong academic credentials
  • 4–6 years of experience in equity and/or debt capital markets
  • Significant experience with public securities offerings, including equity and debt transactions
  • Major or peer law firm experience preferred
  • Bar admission in the state where the candidate will practice required
