Job Description
A leading global law firm is seeking a Mid-Level Associate Attorney with approximately 4–6 years of capital markets and securities experience to join its Capital Markets practice in Los Angeles. This is an opportunity to join a highly ranked, Chambers Band 1 West Coast Capital Markets practice known for handling some of the most complex and high-profile equity and debt transactions in the market.

Requirements

  • 4–6 years of experience in capital markets and securities transactions at a law firm
  • Strong experience with IPOs, equity offerings, and debt capital markets transactions
  • Experience advising on public company reporting and corporate governance matters
  • Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
  • Strong ability to manage deal workstreams and operate in fast-paced transactions
