Role OverviewThe Capital Markets Special Projects Lead will support the Sr. Vice President of Capital Markets by leading critical initiatives, governance activities, contract review, and reporting across the department. This role combines project leadership, analytical rigor, legal document review, and executive reporting to ensure successful execution of key Capital Markets initiatives.
What You Will Do
The successful candidate will lead and coordinate multiple cross-functional capital markets projects, develop project plans, timelines, and accountability frameworks, and review legal agreements and contracts.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university
- Four to six years of related experience and/or training
- Ability to handle confidential information in a professional and discrete manner
- Ability to organize and prioritize large volumes of information
- Exceptional interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff in addition to external companies and vendors
