Role OverviewThe Capital Project Manager leads a portfolio of capital projects across LyondellBasell's Advanced Polymer Solutions (APS) manufacturing sites. Projects support safety, reliability, capacity, manufacturing improvement, and automation objectives. A significant portion of the portfolio consists of material handling and logistics automation projects including material receiving, packaging, palletizing, warehousing, and related manufacturing systems.
What You Will Do
Manage projects from concept through startup, coordinating internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver practical, cost-effective solutions. Develop and manage project scopes, estimates, schedules, budgets, risks, and execution plans. Deliver projects safely, on schedule, within budget, and aligned with business objectives.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in manufacturing, engineering, or capital project execution
- Experience managing multiple capital projects simultaneously in an active manufacturing environment.
- Experience managing material handling, warehousing, packaging, logistics, or other manufacturing automation projects
- PMP certification preferred.
