This role plays a critical part in ensuring the successful execution of capital improvement projects and maintaining high operational standards across multiple properties undergoing renovation.

Requirements

  • 2 years of experience in project management, preferably within facilities, construction, or capital improvements
  • Strong technical proficiency in HVAC, construction, and/or maintenance operations
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
