Role OverviewThis position is a Project Management Subject Matter Expert, responsible for managing projects at the $100M level, with or without Customer Focus. The role involves working with a team to achieve project cost and schedule objectives, while ensuring project safety, quality, and risk management. The position requires a strong understanding of project and construction management fundamentals, as well as the ability to provide expert advice and mentoring to other projects and PM's.
What You Will Do
The Capital Projects Manager will define the project organization structure, identify technical skills required, and assign team members. They will coordinate with functional departments to achieve corporate standards and guidelines, and develop and maintain the Project Execution Plan (PEP). The role involves ensuring project controls are implemented, monitoring contractor performance, and identifying and mitigating project risks.

Requirements

- PMP (Project Management Professional certification) preferred
