Job Description
We're looking for a Capital Solutions Manager to join our team and serve as the bridge between our clients and our engineering organization. You'll take ownership of live client portfolios across Data OS and Insight OS, our data management and analytics platforms.

Requirements

  • 3–6 years in private credit, asset-backed lending, or structured finance
  • Demonstrated client management experience
  • Strong analytical and data skills
  • Experience writing technical specifications or engineering handoff documents
  • Comfort with AI/LLM tooling and automation
  • Team supervision experience
  • Ability to operate independently in ambiguous environments
